This news was definitely inevitable, but Hot Milk have announced that they are going to hit the US for the first time with a small, intimate headline tour!
After their surge of popularity in the UK and following their high-energy performance at Download Pilot Festival last June, it was only a matter of time before Hot Milk hit the states.
Last night (March 8), they announced a string of 14 dates around the US. The tour kicks off on May 9 in Boston, Massachusetts before heading to New York, Asbury Park, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Nashville, Kansas City, Denver, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Dallas (So What?! Festival) and Napa, with the last stop being Sacramento (BottleRock) on May 29.
This is a definite breakthrough for the pop rock fourpiece from Manchester, with their debut EP ‘I Just Wanna Know What Happens When I’m Dead’ released in September last year. Hot Milk have also recently revealed that they are set to go on tour with the Foo Fighters in Australia/New Zealand later in the year, alongside the likes of Amyl and the Sniffers and The Chats.
Hot Milk are also due to play a variety of other festivals this summer, including the likes of Slam Dunk Festival, Rock For People and Hurricane Festival.
Tour supports are yet to be announced for the US dates, with the tickets set to go on sale on this Friday (March 11) at 10AM local time here!
