Of Mice & Men have just dropped their pandemic focused new single ‘Echo‘.
‘Echo’ is very similar to previous work, with the use of mosh worthy guitar riffs and impactful vocal lines from Aaron Pauley.
Pauley has stated that this track is about ‘one’s growing sensitivity to the transient nature of life, and one’s awareness to the similarities between the current human experience and human experiences of the past.’
‘Echo’ comes following the release of previous tracks ‘Mosaic‘ and ‘Fighting Gravity‘ earlier this year.
This new track is due to feature on Of Mice & Men’s upcoming seventh studio album, also titled ‘Echo‘. It is set to be released on the 3rd December 2021 via SharpTone Records. It will feature tracks from their previous EP releases ‘Timeless‘ and ‘Bloom‘, as well as their upcoming EP ‘Ad Infinitum‘.
The group have spoken about the album stating ‘Echo is a snapshot of the last year-and-a-half of our lives. It covers loss and growth, life and impermanence, love, and the infinite — how the most wonderful and most tragic parts of the human experience are deeply intertwined.’
