Silverstein are back with their energetic new track ‘It’s Over‘, in which they admit the realities of anxiety.

The Canadian post hardcore five piece released the official music video onto YouTube on Thursday (November 18).

The video shows the band performing live in a venue full of fans. This is their first release since ‘Bankrupt‘ earlier this year.

The track is guitar heavy, with a significantly catchy Silverstein style chorus giving the track real lasting power.

Guitarist Paul Marc Rousseau discussed the track stating ‘This song is the spiral that leads to giving up. Those anxiety-packed hours when you can’t feel anything but the low, steady crescendo of panic that eventually gets so intense your fingertips lose sensation. It’s hopeless to feel but pointless to endure. I didn’t learn anything from feeling that way. I just wanted it to stop.’

Silverstein are currently on tour in the US/Canada with The Plot Is You and Can’t Swim as main supports, with the tour ceasing in Toronto, Ontario on the 12th December 2021.
